We have an excellent variation of properties available from flats to houses to luxury apartments with sea views. Our properties range from £90 per week to £300 per week, including furnished, partially furnished and unfurnished. All properties are finished to a high standard and are located close to local amenities, schools and public transport links. We will discuss with you your property requirements and match you with the most suitable property and advise you of all the details at each stage of the tenancy. Viewings will be arranged for a time suitable for yourself.
Initially to proceed with a tenancy you are required to place an administration fee equivalent to 50% of the first month’s rent + VAT (subject to a minimum payment of £250 + VAT). This secures the property for a maximum of 3 weeks and removes the property from the market. In this time we will require the following:
All you need to do is provide us with the information and we will do all the leg work contacting your referees and collecting the references directly, setting up your tenancy agreement, completing the guarantors agreement and carrying out a full inventory.
Once we have all the required information along with a successful guarantor we can arrange for you to sign your tenancy agreement and collect your keys. When collecting your keys you are required to pay for your first month’s rent in advance depending on the tenancy agreement chosen.
Providing you are able to meet the requirements highlighted above you will not be required to pay a bond / damage deposit saving you considerable money on your upfront moving costs. Full details can be found on our Rent with No Deposit page.
Throughout your tenancy we will be a resource to solve any issues that may arise with the property which you are letting. We have an efficient maintenance department which are on call to respond to any enquirers within 24 hours of logging it.
