Why are your Fees so cheap? We could follow the crowd and charge 10 or 15% like many of our competitors but with more than 20 years experience and landlords ourselves we understand the need that an agent needs to offer a professional service but at a price that is affordable to the landlord. By specialising solely in lettings we do not need to employ sales staff and the extra advertising and promotional costs when dealing with properties for sale. What do your Fees include? Advertising and promotion, accompanied viewings, employer referencing, video property inventory, creating tenancy agreement, securing guarantors agreements, complaint and maintenance handling, chasing and collecting of rent.
How can I access my account information? With our bespoke management software we offer a landlord login so you can access your account online 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
